We collect nothing else. No accounts, no passwords, no cookies, no analytics identifiers, no marketing profiles. We do not sell personal data.

Letters are printed and mailed in the United States or Canada depending on the destination, so personal data may be processed in either country, only as needed to fulfill your letter.
Job data is kept only as long as needed to print and mail your letter, handle reprints or support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at hello@getletteragent.com.
