| Job details: country, page count, colour choice, registered option, timestamps, payment status, job reference | To quote the price, prevent duplicate charges, and report status. |
| Payment confirmation from Stripe (amount, currency, payment ID) | To confirm payment succeeded before mailing. We never receive your card number, expiry, or CVC. |

There are no accounts, so there are no usernames, passwords, or profile data to collect. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and builds no marketing profiles. We do not buy, sell, or rent personal data — ever.
Three service providers touch your data, only as needed to run the service:

Job data is kept only as long as needed to print and mail your letter, handle reprints or support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at hello@getletteragent.com.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: hello@getletteragent.com. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after that means you accept the changes.
