LetterAgent prints and mails real, physical letters in the United States and Canada at your direction, through your AI assistant. There is no signup, no API key, and no account — your assistant calls our API directly on your behalf.
Every letter is paid individually. There are no subscriptions, no balances, no stored payment methods, and no card kept on file:
Quoted prices are in USD for US letters and CAD for Canadian letters, and already include print, postage, and our service fee.
Once a letter is printed or handed to the postal service, it can't be pulled back, so it's no longer refundable. If we fail to mail your letter because of our own error, we'll reprint it or refund you — your choice.
You must have the right to send the content you give us. Don't use LetterAgent for anything illegal, for threats or harassment, for fraud, or for spam and junk mail. We may refuse or cancel any job that violates this, before or after payment — pre-production cancellations are refunded in full.
Letters normally enter the mail stream within a couple of business days of payment. After that, timing is up to the postal service — we don't promise delivery dates. Registered and certified mail provide proof of mailing and delivery confirmation; they are not insurance and don't cover the value of the contents.
The service is provided "as is." Our liability for any letter is limited to the price you paid for that letter.
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after that means you accept the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
